Job Description
Job Title:
Donation Attendant

Colleyville, Texas Salary:
$14.82 per hour
Work Hours:
FT (40 Hours Weekly) Monday through Sunday, Days and Hours vary (Two days Off)

General Job Duties:
Opens site or trailer, meets public in accepting donated goods, i.e. clothing, household goods, and other miscellaneous items, and sorting donations according to published guidelines. Assist with unloading supplies and loading donated goods onto truck. Utilizes electronic tablet to keep records pertaining to donations. Keep interior of site and trailer and surrounding area neat and clean. Safeguard donated material by locking trailer/building anytime attendant leaves premises or is out of sight of trailer/building.
Skills and Minimum Qualifications:
Basic reading, writing and math skills, good public relation skills, and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance, mobile and able to negotiate steps into trailer. Variable weather conditions include extreme heat and cold. Must have reliable transportation to off
•site and site facilities within the region or as assigned.
Legal Requirements:
Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements and ability to pass physical, drug screen and background check.
Travel:
Must have reliable transportation to travel to various donation sites as needed.
