Position Summary The Local Driver is a commercially focused CDL professional who operates within a local service area and returns home each day. Competitive Hourly Pay Great Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Overtime Opportunities Paid Training Additional Bonuses Available Opportunities for Advancement Safety Focused Culture Responsibilities Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle on local routes within a 70-hour work week Support local operational needs, including equipment moves, yard support, and transport as assigned Operate ADS-equipped equipment when assigned, following applicable data-collection or support protocols Maintain accurate daily logs and vehicle inspection reports Coordinate daily assignments with the Dispatch Minimum Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of verifiable employment history Minimum of three (3) years of verifiable commercial motor vehicle driving experience Current, valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Clean driving record: no more than one (1) moving violation or one (1) accident within the last three (3) years (combined violations and accidents not to exceed two (2) in a three-year period) Must pass a road test and demonstrate proficiency operating all equipment/trailers used by BOT Auto Must be authorized to work in the United States Subject to all DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements (pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident); passing a DOT physical and
