Open Deck Class A CDL Driver

Job Description

No Exceptions:
18 months of verifiable flatbed driving experience. TWIC card required. Familiarity with FMCSR load securement rules.

Position Purpose:
To safely transport cargo between specified locations, maintaining compliance and readiness for multi-day trips, while facing various environmental conditions.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum age of 23. 1 1/2 years of verifiable driving experience. Proficiency in English and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a DOT Physical. Can lift up to 50lbs. Hazmat endorsement & TWIC card required. Familiarity with FMCSR load securement rules. Reliable transportation to work.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit for prolonged periods while driving. Capable of climbing in and out of the truck and on/off an open deck trailer safely. Competent in tarping loads and stowing tarps. Engage in reaching, pulling, and pushing activities associated with securing, loading, and unloading cargo. Work in various weather conditions during loading and unloading processes.
