Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle maintenance records. Follow planned routes diligently while adapting to traffic conditions and delivery schedules. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Assist with route planning to optimize delivery efficiency and reduce fuel consumption. Short haul day cab truck routes. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with endorsements suitable for the type of truck operated Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver roles involving freight handling and route driving. Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards applicable to commercial driving. Excellent navigation skills with route planning experience for efficient deliveries.
