OPEN POSITIONS

Driver Helper — $15.00-$17.00/hour Entry-level position, no CDL required. Ride along and assist with servicing and pumping septic and holding tanks, learn the routes and the equipment, and build toward a Route Driver or CDL Driver role. Non-CDL Route Driver / Service Tech — $17.00-$21.00/hour No CDL required. Operate a company service truck on assigned routes to service and pump septic and holding tanks, working directly with customers on-site. CDL Driver — $20.00-$26.00/hour Valid CDL required. Operate a company service truck to service and pump septic and holding tanks across a wider route territory, with the highest pay tier reflecting the license and experience required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

(all roles)

• Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements
• Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with USS and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries
• Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. on a frequent basis during work shift
• Interact with customers on-site to make sure they're getting the service they expect
• Stay flexible to meet customer needs
• Provide routing feedback to the Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to help the team run more efficiently and serve customers better
• Get to know customers' current and future portable toilet needs so we can stay ahead of them

WORK ENVIRONMENT

You'll regularly be exposed to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• HS diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug/alcohol screening
• Valid CDL required only for the CDL Driver position
