LeBus Energy is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Oilfield Driver to join our team. This position will primarily be responsible for operating a company truck and hauling produced water. The driver will also provide backup dispatch support approximately 1-2 days per week and/or as needed . The ideal candidate has previous oilfield experience, understands the demands of water hauling, and has the communication and organizational skills necessary to assist with dispatch operations when needed. Primary Responsibilities - CDL Driver Safely operate a company Class A commercial motor vehicle. Haul produced water between oilfield lease locations and disposal facilities. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Properly gauge and back-gauge tanks before loading when required. Accurately document load volumes, tickets, and disposal information. Follow assigned routes and customer instructions. Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and company personnel. Follow all DOT, FMCSA, company, and customer safety requirements. Maintain compliance with Hours of Service requirements. Report equipment issues, spills, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions immediately. Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the assigned truck and equipment. Complete required company and safety training. Perform other duties related to oilfield trucking operations. Backup Dispatch Responsibilities Approximately 1-2 days per week and/or as needed , the employee will assist the dispatch department with: Dispatching and coordinating company drivers. Communicating with drivers regarding pickups, deliveries, and disposal locations. Monitoring driver locations and load status. Communicating with customers and disposal facilities. Adjusting schedules and routes as operational needs change. Tracking loads, tickets, volumes, and driver information. Assisting drivers with questions or problems encountered in the field. Monitoring Hours of Service and driver availability. Providing dispatch coverage when the regular dispatcher is unavailable. Other dispatch-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL. Clean and acceptable driving record. Previous oilfield experience preferred . Previous oilfield water-hauling experience preferred. Ability to operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently. Good communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field. Computer and smartphone skills. Ability to learn and utilize company dispatch and GPS/fleet-management systems. Previous dispatch experience is preferred but not required if the applicant has strong oilfield experience and communication skills. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced CDL driver who wants to take on additional responsibility when needed . You should be comfortable behind the wheel, understand oilfield operations, and be able to communicate effectively with other drivers, customers, and management. This is primarily a CDL driving position. Backup dispatch duties will generally be approximately 1-2 days per week and/or as needed based on company operations.
