Job Description
Full-Time Crew Lead / Driver Knick Knack Movers is looking for a hardworking, dependable Crew Lead/Driver to join our team. This is a physically demanding position that requires leadership, professionalism, and the ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions, including the Texas heat. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for safely driving company moving trucks, leading a crew, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. We are looking for someone who leads by example, works hard, and takes pride in a job well done. Responsibilities Safely operate company moving trucks and equipment. Lead and manage a moving crew on residential and commercial jobs. Manage Tablet; Including Payment Collecetion, Signatures, and Crew Hours. Load, unload, pack, and transport furniture and household goods with care. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and teammates. Delegate tasks and keep jobs running efficiently and on schedule. Protect customer property and company equipment. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Train and mentor new crew members when needed. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Previous moving, construction, landscaping, warehouse, delivery, or other manual labor experience preferred. Comfortable performing strenuous physical work and lifting 75+ pounds repeatedly. Able to work outdoors and in high temperatures. Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
