Why Join American Roadside & Towing? ✔ Paid training ✔ Opportunities for advancement ✔ Growing company with long term career opportunities ✔ Professional equipment ✔ Supportive team environment ✔ Consistent work with opportunities to earn more during busy periods ✔ Every day is different no two calls are the same Schedule Full time, Part time, Weekends only Day, evening, weekend, holiday, and on call availability required Schedule may vary based on business needs and call volume Responsibilities Respond to towing and roadside assistance calls Operate flatbed and wheel lift tow trucks Perform jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel deliveries, and vehicle recoveries Safely load, transport, and unload customer vehicles Complete vehicle inspections before and after each shift Maintain a clean and professional company truck Complete paperwork accurately Deliver outstanding customer service on every call Qualifications Must be at least 25 years old Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record Must live in or near New Braunfels, TX Safe and secure location to park a company tow truck Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Towing experience is preferred but not required we will train the right candidate Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent customer service and communication skills Who We're Looking For Successful drivers are dependable, professional, and enjoy solving problems while helping people during stressful situations.
