Job Description

J&A Freight Logistics LLC is immediately seeking experienced CDL Class A Owner-Operators with their own trucks for sand hauling operations in West Texas and New Mexico.
Estimated Gross Revenue:
Approximately $8,000-$10,000 per week before deductions and operating expenses. Gross revenue depends on load availability and work performed and is not guaranteed.
Program Terms and Deductions:
Company fee: 15% of gross revenue.
Insurance:
$500.71 per week.
Hopper trailer rental:
$450 per week. For TSS assignments, there is no weekly hopper rental; instead, a 7% deduction applies per load.
Mandatory camera:
$55 per month.
Escrow:
$150 per week until reaching $2,000. Escrow is returned within approximately 45-60 days after leaving the company, provided there are no outstanding balances, equipment damage, or other pending charges. Fuel discount available through the company's fuel application.
Requirements:
Must own a reliable, road-ready truck. Valid CDL Class A license. Minimum of 2 years of verifiable CDL Class A driving experience. Must provide the year the CDL Class A was first issued or a copy of a previous license. Valid DOT Medical Card. Must meet company and insurance eligibility requirements. Must pass a drug and alcohol test. Truck must meet DOT, company, and customer safety requirements. Must comply with Hours of Service and electronic logging requirements. Must complete all required onboarding documents and safety courses.
Responsibilities:
Transport frac sand using hopper trailers. Operate in West Texas and New Mexico. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate electronic logs. Follow all company, customer, and site safety procedures. Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. Sand hauling experience is preferred but not required.
