Job Description

J&A Freight Logistics LLC is immediately hiring experienced CDL Class A Company Drivers for sand hauling operations in West Texas and New Mexico.

Compensation:

Drivers are paid 30% of the truck's gross revenue.

Estimated weekly earnings:

$1,500-$2,200, depending on load availability and work performed.

Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A license. Minimum of 2 years of verifiable CDL Class A driving experience. Valid DOT Medical Card. Must meet company and insurance eligibility requirements. Must pass a drug and alcohol test. Must comply with DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements. Must complete all required safety courses and onboarding documents.

Job Duties:

Transport frac sand using hopper trailers. Operate primarily in West Texas and New Mexico. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate electronic logs. Follow all customer, company, and site safety procedures. Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. Sand hauling experience is preferred but not required.
