Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Truck Driver, where you'll play a crucial role in hauling and unloading hot asphalt, gravel, sand and aggregate, while ensuring safety and efficiency. Your expertise will shine as you navigate diverse driving conditions and handle different types of trailers, including belly dumps, flowboys, and dump trucks. We're looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about driving and committed to delivering exceptional service. What you'll do: Operate various types of trucks, including trailers, dump trucks, flow boys and belly dumps, while ensuring safe and timely delivery of material. Load and unload efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Navigate assigned routes with precision, adapting to changing conditions and traffic patterns. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and maintenance logs. Collaborate with dispatchers to optimize routes and ensure on-time deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any concerns or questions from clients.
Basic qualifications:
Valid class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle operated. Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of road safety regulations.
