CDL A OTR

Drivers to join a growing long haul operation based in Rockwall, TX. Drivers will operate brand new refrigerated trucks hauling grocery and food products on long haul routes. This is a 100% no touch freight position. Drivers are not responsible for loading or unloading their trailers. Drivers have flexibility in how long they stay out on the road and can choose a rotation that works for them. Options may include two weeks out followed by time home, or longer rotations for drivers who prefer extended time on the road and extended home time afterward. Drivers may also choose between mileage based compensation or a consistent weekly pay structure , depending on preference and route availability. What We Offer Brand new trucks $0.58 to $0.70+ per mile depending on experience Weekly pay option up to $1,500 No touch freight No driver unloading Long haul / OTR routes Flexible road rotations Refrigerated grocery freight Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance $25,000 life insurance 401(k) Weekly pay Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on long haul routes Transport refrigerated grocery and food products Maintain proper refrigerated trailer conditions throughout each load Complete required trailer washouts between loads to prevent cross contamination Perform pre trip and post trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and required DOT documentation Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers Requirements Valid CDL A Minimum 3 years of professional CDL A driving experience Previous OTR or long haul driving experience Ability and willingness to remain on the road for extended rotations Safe and dependable driving history Ability to meet DOT requirements Refrigerated / reefer experience preferred, but not required Must be comfortable operating refrigerated equipment and following trailer cleanliness requirements No training is available for inexperienced CDL A drivers. Applicants must have at least 3 years of professional driving experience.

Pay:

$1,079.00 - $2,100.00 per week
