Job Description
Overview We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated Route Driver to keep our network of Smart Stores (AI-powered vending machines) stocked and running across the DFW area. You'll drive an assigned route, restock units, do basic maintenance checks, and be the face of our company at each location. This role is great for someone who likes being on the move, working independently, and isn't afraid of a little physical work. Key Responsibilities Drive a company vehicle along an assigned route to service locations (apartments, offices, gyms, hotels, etc.) Load, transport, and restock snack and beverage inventory Inspect units at each stop for cleanliness, functionality, and proper payment system operation Report maintenance issues or equipment problems to the Operations Manager Track inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Follow traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company protocols Be a friendly, professional presence at client locations Help organize stock and prep route loads as needed Physical Requirements Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs repeatedly through a shift Regular bending, reaching, and standing Loading/unloading inventory from a vehicle multiple times a day Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather Walking between vehicle and unit locations, including stairs when no elevator is available Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a background check Must live within a 20-30 minute drive of Rockwall County Reliable transportation to get to the start of the route or warehouse each day Strong time management and ability to work independently Basic smartphone proficiency Preferred Qualifications Prior experience driving a van or similar vehicle Comfortable troubleshooting basic electronics Schedule & Pay Part-time W2, 3 days a week, 8 hour shifts Room to grow into full time within 2 to 3 months as we expand $20/hour Consistent, set schedule (you'll know your days and hours in advance) To apply, send your resume to snaxldfw@gmail.com.
