- Built to last Position Overview Assist with installation of plants, trees, sod, mulch, soil, and other landscape materials
- Help with installation, repair, and adjustment of irrigation systems including
PVC/HDPE
pipe, valves, controllers, drip, and spray components- Perform trenching, backfilling, grading, and site cleanup
- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
- Follow direction from the Crew Leader to complete daily tasks and meet project timelines
- Operate basic equipment such as wheelbarrows, shovels, trenchers, tampers, and small hand tools
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and company equipment
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow company safety procedures
- Provide general labor support as needed throughout the job sit What You'll Do Transportation & Crew Support Safely drive crew members to and from job sites Operate vehicles with trailers, including goose neck, bumper pull, dump, and flatbed trailers Field Support Assist crew members with daily landscape tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, planting, mulching, digging, and site clean-up Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites Equipment & Shop Support Assist with basic maintenance, cleaning, and organization of tools, equipment, and shop areas Report equipment or material issues promptly to supervisors Safety & Procedures Follow all company safety policies and procedures Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and responsibly Help maintain a safe working environment at all times What We're Looking For Must have Commercial Landscaping Experience Valid Driver's License Ability to safely drive vehicles with trailers (goose neck, bumper pull, dump, or flatbed) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required) Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Team-oriented with a positive attitude Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $18.
