LOCAL END DUMP OPERATOR OPPORTUNITIES

Competitive hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus annual raises & bonus Home daily - local routes only, no Sunday work Deliver ready mix concrete to commercial & residential job sites Some physical labor required (loading, unloading, cleaning truck) Interact professionally with customers and job site personnel

Job Requirements:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Safely operate an end dump truck to transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites and plants. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure your truck is in safe, working condition. Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times. Load and unload materials using proper procedures to prevent spills and damage. Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, plant staff, and customers. Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and other required documentation. Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of your truck to keep it in top shape. Adapt to changing schedules and routes as needed to meet customer and company needs. Provide excellent customer service on every delivery—your professionalism sets us apart.
