2991438556-2 Apply for this job now Job Description PODS is seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver to deliver, pick up, and reposition our portable storage containers for residential and commercial customers. In this field-based role, you'll operate CDL vehicles, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, secure loads, and navigate local routes while complying with DOT regulations. You'll interact directly with customers on-site, providing reliable, professional service that reflects our customer-first culture. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL vehicle to deliver and pick up PODS containers for residential and commercial customers Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and comply with all DOT and company safety standards Secure, load, and reposition containers using company equipment and best practices Provide courteous, professional on-site customer service and resolve basic service issues Accurately complete logs, delivery documentation, and use onboard/handheld technology Communicate with dispatch and team members to manage routes and schedules efficiently Follow PODS' customer-first culture, reliability, and accountability expectations Required Skills CDL truck operation Safe vehicle inspection and maintenance Backing and maneuvering in tight spaces Load securement and weight distribution Electronic log and DOT compliance Local route navigation and GPS use Basic equipment troubleshooting Customer service and communication Time management and routing Paperwork and delivery documentation
