Summary:
As a Class A Truck Driver, you will be responsible for delivering merchandise to various locations with multiple stops per day and returning home daily. You will ensure the safe and timely delivery of products while adhering to transportation regulatory compliance.

This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $25.75 to $28.75 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $73,900 and $93,100 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently deliver flooring, countertop, wall tile, and hardscaping products to local destinations with multiple stops. Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring items are properly secured using blocks, straps, chains, and binders. Operate vehicles with constant attention to safety and DOT compliance. Maintain a legal and accurate logbook at all times. Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrate patience and professionalism with other road users. Adapt to changing delivery conditions while maintaining a customer-focused attitude. Work independently with an emphasis on safety and service excellence. Provide excellent customer service during all deliveries. Perform additional duties as required or requested.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid Class A Driver's License. One (1) plus year of verifiable driving experience with heavy-duty vehicles. Experience making local deliveries with multiple stops. Successful completion of a driving test and all DOT pre-employment requirements. Safety-focused with proficiency in maintaining legal and accurate logbooks. Ability to understand and interpret bills of lading and picking sheets. Previous experience using an iPad or tablet preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
