Job Summary
TOWING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in basic roadside assistance, with the ability to operate various types of tow trucks, including flatbed models. This role requires excellent driving skills, customer service abilities, and a commitment to safely transporting vehicles. Must be located within 15 minutes of Sherman or Denison in order to promptly respond to incident management calls. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks to safely transport vehicles to designated locations. Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment and techniques. Maintain accurate records of towed vehicles and services performed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Manage conflicts effectively while ensuring a positive experience for customers. Conduct pre-trip inspections of tow trucks to ensure safety and compliance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate towing operations efficiently. Skills Experience driving commercial vehicles, including tow trucks. Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with professionalism. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction during each interaction. Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently. Previous mechanic experience is a plus, enhancing the ability to perform minor repairs on-site.
