Per completed job Joe's Building Services is looking for a dependable and experienced Cleaning Team Driver / Lead Cleaner to join our mobile cleaning team. This person will primarily work on apartment turnover cleanings at residential properties throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia, along with occasional residential cleaning jobs. The Driver/Lead Cleaner will use their own reliable vehicle to transport company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment to job sites and will typically work alongside 1-2 cleaning team members . Responsibilities Use your own reliable vehicle to travel between cleaning jobs throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Transport company cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment in your vehicle to each job site. Drive 1-2 cleaning team members from the agreed-upon morning meeting location to scheduled job sites throughout the day. Work alongside the cleaning team to complete apartment turnovers and other scheduled cleaning services. Accurately record all required job information for every job completed in the company's system. Use your mobile phone to take clear photos of excessive trash, heavy stains, damages, or unusual conditions before cleaning or removal. -site issues, additional cleaning needs, damages, or other concerns to management. Complete the company's digital cleaning checklist for each job to ensure all required areas are completed correctly the first time. Perform a final walkthrough/check of the team's work before leaving each job. Communicate professionally with property management staff, maintenance teams, concierge/front desk staff, and residential clients when necessary. Keep company supplies and equipment organized and notify management when additional supplies or equipment are needed. Transportation The Driver/Lead Cleaner is not responsible for traveling to each team member's home to pick them up . Cleaning team members are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the driver's agreed-upon morning meeting location. From there, the driver will transport the team to the scheduled job sites. Requirements Must have a reliable personal vehicle with enough space in the trunk/cargo area for cleaning supplies and equipment. Must have a valid driver's license. Must maintain their own valid auto insurance coverage for the vehicle being used for work and be able to provide verification of insurance. Must be comfortable driving regularly throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia . Experience driving throughout the DC metropolitan area is strongly preferred. Cleaning experience is preferred, especially apartment turnovers, move-in/move-out cleaning, residential cleaning, or similar work. Must be comfortable using a smartphone for photos, job information, communication, and digital checklists . Must be dependable, organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple job locations in one day. Must pay close attention to detail and maintain company cleaning standards. Must be able to communicate professionally with clients, property staff, and cleaning team members. Must be able to safely transport and handle cleaning supplies and equipment. Compensation This position is paid per completed job rather than hourly , allowing the Driver/Lead Cleaner to earn more on higher-production days. Specific per-job rates and additional job-type rates will be discussed during the hiring process. Company-provided cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment will be provided as needed.

$120.00 - $180.00 per day
