The perfect candidate is a go-getter, highly organized, with a focus on customer service, and ability to multi-task. The candidate should be dependable, trustworthy, loves to help others, and be able to make decisions independently. We are looking for a field driver that will have a daily route to visit multiple properties a day. Communicate back with the office on property visual inspections and be available to do emergency runs. We have properties in all of Hampton Roads as well as Williamsburg, Surrey, Eastern Shore and North Carolina. A vehicle will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Visit multiple properties a day Map out an efficient route prior to traveling Deliver marketing materials Install/remove lockboxes Visual property inspections Clean up signs/newspapers/other trash at the property Be available and flexible to last minute route changes Be responsible and reliable Attend meetings at the office Have a smart phone with a reliable service provider Be prompt

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
