Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable professional to join our team. The role involves operating vehicles, ensuring safe and prompt transportation while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to service calls for towing, recovery, or roadside assistance. Safely operate tow trucks (flatbed or wheel-lift) to load and transport vehicles. Perform roadside services like jump-starts, tire changes, or fuel delivery when needed. Ensure proper vehicle handling and secure all loads according to safety standards. Maintain tow truck cleanliness and conduct routine equipment inspections. Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and law enforcement when required. Availability for on-call shifts, including nights and weekends.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required) Clean driving record Background check is required. Previous towing experience desired; training may be available. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
