$28.00 - $33.00 per hour (based on skill and experience) Bazin Brothers Trucking is looking for an experienced Class B Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver to join our heavy civil construction team. This isn't just hauling from point A to point B. Our drivers are an important part of the crew, hauling gravel, asphalt, sand, ledge, and other materials to and from construction sites throughout southern Vermont and New Hampshire. If you're dependable, take pride in your equipment, and know how to work safely around paving and construction crews, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Safely operate a tri-axle dump truck Haul materials to and from construction projects, pits, and plants Work closely with paving and excavation crews Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Keep your truck clean and report maintenance issues promptly Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies What We're Looking For Valid Class B CDL Clean driving record Experience operating a tri-axle dump truck preferred Construction or paving experience is a plus Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work as part of a team Willing to work 40-60 hours per week during the construction season What We Offer $28-$33/hour depending on experience and skill Company-paid health insurance contribution 401(k) with company discretionary profit sharing Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Paid holidays Paid time off If you're looking for a company that values hard work, takes care of its employees, and has steady work throughout the construction season, apply today.
