Job Description

We're hiring for a part-time and full-time Dog Waste Scooper — and yes, it's exactly what it sounds like... and it's a great gig! Competitive pay and daily bonuses! You'll drive a company vehicle, work outdoors, clean up after dogs, and help keep yards clean and clients happy. It's physical, independent, honest work. If you enjoy being outdoors, working independently, and enjoy predictability and routine, we just might have the job for you! You will even occasionally get to interact with great people and their dogs! We are a family owned Pet Waste Management business
  • for the past 14 years we have provided individuals and communities throughout Clark County friendly, reliable dog waste cleanup services. This in turn keeps our streams and rivers healthier for us and the wildlife to enjoy. We have full time (6-8 hrs/day) and part time Monday
  • Friday between 7am to 5pm.
Once trained you will have a steady predictable schedule providing great work-life balance. Enjoy weekends and several major holidays off. We believe honest work deserves real respect — even if it involves poop. You'll likely be a great fit if you've worked in roles like: Landscaping, lawn care, groundskeeping Delivery driving Dog walking, kennel assistant, vet tech student Janitorial, farm/ranch work, or sanitation services If you're used to being outside, working independently, and you're not afraid of a little mess, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do:
Clean residential and commercial properties of dog waste using provided tools and equipment. Drive a scheduled route, work independently, and stay organized. Be outdoors in all weather conditions — hot, cold, rain, or snow. Occasionally interact with dogs and clients with friendliness and professionalism. Maintain accurate service records and uphold high standards of cleanliness.
What We're Looking For:
A clean driving record and valid driver's license with 3+years experience Reliable and self-motivated — you show up, on time, ready to go Comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments Physically fit and capable of working in all weather types (Rain, Sun, Heat, More Rain, Cold and yes, More Rain!) Job Requirements:
At least 18yrs old Valid Driver's License Clean driving record (No accidents or alcohol/drug citations in the past 3
  • years) Smart Phone (no older than 3 years) with service, text, gps, and data.
Good vision (corrective lenses are ok) Read and write English Use and follow GPS directions and be able to find locations when gps is wrong. Get in and out of a vehicle 20+ times a day Lift up to 30lbs Walk at a brisk pace while paying attention to detail Grip with your hands Perform repetitive movements with hands, wrist, elbows, shoulders, etc. Full range of motion with hips, legs, knees, shoulders, waist, etc. Be able to walk, bend, stoop, lift, etc. Able to traverse uneven ground, including up and down hills, over rocks, grass, mud, dirt, stairs, etc. Not afraid of dogs
