We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator / Insurance Verification Specialist to work full-time in our fast-paced, growing Optometry practice. Experience working with insurance is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Job duties include:

Assisting the Pt. Care Coordinator Lead with day-to-day patient care Answering patient phone calls Checking patients in Managing incoming faxes Patient referral management Medical and vision insurance verification prior to patient appointments Assist patients with questions related to insurance coverage, billing procedures, and appointment scheduling while providing exceptional customer service.
