Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Box Truck Driver (26-foot) to join our dynamic delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial box truck to deliver goods efficiently and on time. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service, adhering to traffic and safety regulations, and ensuring the secure handling of cargo. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be an essential part of our logistics operations, supporting warehouse functions and customer satisfaction through reliable delivery services. Duties Safely operate a 26-foot box truck, ensuring compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, while practicing safe lifting practices Verify delivery addresses and plan routes using mobile devices to ensure timely deliveries Load, secure, and unload goods accurately, maintaining proper weight distribution and cargo safety Deliver goods directly to customers' locations with professionalism, providing excellent customer service throughout each interaction Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for all shipments processed Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips, reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly Experience Proven experience as a white glove delivery driver and Appliances Delivery, Installation preferably with warehouse experience and familiarity with commercial trucks and box trucks Hands-on experience with manual transmission driving and operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks Knowledge of warehouse operations, heavy lifting techniques, and safe manual handling practices Demonstrated ability to adhere strictly to traffic regulations, DOT standards, and safety protocols during route driving Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Experience in moving or relocating items using proper manual handling methods is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred but not mandatory depending on the role requirements Join us in delivering excellence! Pay:
$1,400.00 - $1,600.00 per week
