Job Description

Overview J.M. Pacific Construction, Inc. is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Dump Truck Driver to join our team in Moses Lake and surrounding job sites. This is a full-time position transporting and dumping construction materials at multiple locations. What you'll do
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and perform basic preventive maintenance.
  • Safely operate dump trucks (manual transmission) to transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials as required.
  • Dump materials in designated locations following site instructions.
  • Follow company and regulatory safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with crew members and supervisors. Qualifications
  • Class A CDL required.
  • 3-5 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
  • Must be able to operate dump trucks with manual transmission.
  • Strong teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass required DOT drug/alcohol screening and physical. Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay:
    Pay $25
  • 65/hr. dependent on experience, overtime, project type, and location.

  • Schedule:
    10-hour shifts, day shift, Monday-Friday
