Job Overview Palouse Plowing is hiring dependable, hardworking team members for the upcoming snow season. We are currently looking for the following positions:

• ATV operators
• Truck Mounted Plow Operators
• Truck Mounted Liquid and Granular De-Icer Operators Duties Responsibilities will vary depending on the position and may include: Operating snowplow trucks, loaders, ATV's, and other snow-removal equipment Plowing parking lots, roadways, and residential or commercial properties Shoveling and clearing sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other designated areas Applying ice melt or other deicing products as directed Performing basic equipment inspections and reporting maintenance or safety concerns Following assigned routes, job instructions, and safety procedures Communicating clearly with supervisors and other crew members Working efficiently while maintaining high-quality service Experience Have a valid driver's license Have reliable transportation to and from work Have a clean background history and an acceptable driving record Be dependable, hardworking, and able to arrive on time Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team Be a quick learner who can follow instructions Be willing to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities Be able to work safely in cold, snowy, and changing weather conditions Be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive outdoor work Be available for early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays when winter weather requires it Be willing to remain available and respond promptly during snow events Prior outdoor work experience, especially in snow plowing or groundskeeping roles.

Mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining snow removal equipment and power tools. Previous snow-removal, landscaping, commercial driving, heavy-equipment, or loader experience is preferred. Appropriate equipment experience is required for some operator positions. Schedule Snow-removal work is weather-dependent and requires flexibility. Team members must be prepared to work when snow events occur, which may include overnight hours, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Property cleanup work will be scheduled based on workload and weather conditions. Pay Pay starts at $25+ per hour and is based on the position, relevant experience, equipment-operating ability, availability, and overall qualifications.
