Toyota of Tacoma is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Agent to join our Service Department and help support and manage our TLE operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, solving problems, and being part of a busy team. Automotive experience is helpful, but it is not required — we are willing to train the right person! What You'll Do You'll help keep the customer and TLE process running smoothly by greeting and assisting customers, coordinating vehicle availability and customer needs, handling check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accurate records, communicating with Service Advisors and management, answering calls and customer questions, documenting vehicle information and condition, and helping make sure our customers have a great experience. You'll be an important connection between our customers and our Service Department. We're Looking for

Requirements:
Required:
Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, email, and other electronic communication. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems and software. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle customer and company information. Ability to remain professional and solution-focused when working with frustrated or upset customers.
Preferred:
Previous customer service experience. Automotive dealership or service department experience. Rental, loaner, fleet, hospitality, front desk, or vehicle coordination experience. Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment. Physical Requirements This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and computer use. The employee may occasionally be required to bend, reach, or lift and carry items associated with normal office and dealership operations. The position may also require walking throughout dealership property and outdoor areas in varying weather conditions.
