Position Overview The Marina Yard Assistant (Yard Team Member) reports directly to the Yard Supervisor and is responsible for assisting with the safe and efficient movement of boats, maintaining an organized yard and storage facilities, and supporting both the service and sales departments. This role requires hands-on experience, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently move boats, including hauling, launching, docking, and blocking
• Transport boats, trailers, and motors to and from customer homes, showrooms, storage facilities, boat shows, and offsite location
• Operate company vehicles, forklifts, hydraulic trailers, hoists, and marine travel lifts
• Maintain an organized, professional yard and storage buildings year-round
• Perform general facility maintenance, including small building repairs and basic vehicle maintenance
• Assist with set-up and logistics for boat shows and promotional events Qualifications & Requirements
• Dependable, with integrity and a strong work ethic Prior experience with boat trailering, loading, and launching at ramps
• Skilled in backing and maneuvering trailers
• Forklift and/or travel lift operation experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic mechanical knowledge of boats and equipment a plus
• Strong attention to safety and detail
