As a Trolley Driver at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll be an essential part of creating unforgettable experiences and will be responsible for transporting guests safely around the resort. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. Safely transport guests throughout the resort upon request. Provide exceptional guest service with an outgoing and pleasant demeanor. Maintain knowledge of the resort and Lake Geneva area to assist guests. Communicate effectively and consistently with the Front Office team. Work well under pressure and handle tasks efficiently. Perform additional duties as assigned. What do you bring to the role? Must have a valid CDL license with a Passenger Endorsement and pass a driving background check. One or more years of customer service experience preferred. Must have the ability to sit and drive for long periods of time. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry. Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel and general public. Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays. What's in it for you?
