Monday-Friday Join the CORE Advantage Team CORE Advantage is looking for dependable Class A and Class B CDL Drivers to join our roll-off operation in Superior, Wisconsin. Our drivers deliver, pick up, and exchange roll-off dumpsters throughout the Twin Ports and surrounding areas. This is local work with no OTR routes—you'll be home every night. Previous roll-off or hook truck experience is a major plus, but it is not required. We're willing to train the right CDL driver. Experienced drivers who can demonstrate their skills may qualify toward the higher end of our pay range. Responsibilities Deliver, pick up, and exchange roll-off dumpsters Safely operate hook-lift trucks Haul waste and materials to transfer stations, landfills, and disposal facilities Safely position containers at residential, commercial, and construction sites Properly secure containers and loads Communicate with dispatch and provide professional customer service Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections Monitor tires, fluids, lights, hydraulics, and general truck condition Keep assigned trucks clean and report maintenance concerns Complete required paperwork and electronic documentation Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures Assist with other company operations as needed Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B CDL Safe driving habits and good judgment Dependable and reliable Ability to work independently Comfortable maneuvering trucks in residential, commercial, and construction environments Willingness to learn our equipment and operating procedures Roll-off or hook-lift experience preferred, but not required Experience with dump trucks, garbage trucks, construction equipment, heavy trucks, or similar work is also valuable. Schedule Full-time and part-time positions are available. Drivers generally start between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM , depending on route, workload, and season. Earlier-starting drivers typically finish earlier in the afternoon. Most work takes place during daytime hours. Overtime may be available depending on workload and season. Pay $20.00
