Job Description
COME HAVE FUN PLOWING SNOW IF WE GET BIG SNOW EVENTS
!!! We are seeking someone to drive an additional snow plow pick up truck when we have snow expected.
SEASONAL/AS NEEDED
•> When we are expected to have snow. There is no guarantee of work as this is solely based on weather. You may be used a multiple times per season or not at all.
Pay :
$20-30 per hour
Experience:
PREVIOUS SNOW PLOWING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
•Or ability and willingness to learn (It is fairly simple, drive a pickup truck and push snow) .
What You Will Do:
Drive a super duty pick up truck with 8ft snow plow. Plow HOAs, Businesses, Parking Lots, etc with pick up truck. Some hand shoveling may be required on occasional businesses if on your route.
Schedule:
You will be contacted the day before a snow event to confirm availability. Then on the day of the snow event, if we need you due to snow conditions, we will reach out and give you a time and place to meet (Hurricane, WV area). You may be out for 6 to 26+ hours straight depending on the snow fall rate, amount of work, and number of snow events if they are consecutive.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License. (REQUIRED). Reliable Transportation. (REQUIRED) Previous Snow Plowing Experience. (PREFERRED). Clean Driving Record Past 3 years. (PREFERRED) Ability to pass drug test and background check. (REQUIRED)
