Job Description
at State of Delaware in Bear, Delaware, United States Job Description Position responsible for maintenance work on traffic signal & Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) equipment. Candidate will install, modify, test, troubleshoot & repair traffic control signals, communications & ITS field devices. Position has rotational on-call duties & must respond to emergency situations (including nights, weekends, & holidays). Candidate must follow applicable safety procedures, operate equipment such as bucket trucks, underground locating equipment & electrical test equipment. Candidate must also be physically able to lift materials such as pedestrian signal poles & other traffic signal equipment.
