Parking Garage Flagger

Position Summary:

Generally responsible for directing traffic and assisting customers within a designated parking facility to keep the flow of traffic moving smoothly and safely. As-needed event staffing position supporting two high-volume parking garages in New Orleans, primarily servicing events at the Superdome. Ideal candidates must have flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and event-based schedules.

Essential Duties:

Maintain traffic flowing efficiently within the parking facility according to operating plan. Traffic directors stand in designated areas and wave vehicles in the desired direction with a positive and helpful demeanor. Perform other duties as assigned. Job duties may be modified at any time. Minimum Requirements high School diploma or GED is required. Must have one (1) year experience working with the general public. Previous traffic directing and/or customer service training helpful. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
