About us Funderland Amusement Park is a family-owned, independent business in Sacramento, California. We are customer-centric, and our goal is to continue to help families create lifelong, cherished memories in our historic family amusement park. Funderland is celebrating its 80th Anniversary Celebration Season this year, having served multiple generations of Northern California families in Sacramento's beautiful, and also historic, William Land Park since 1946.

This specific Amusement Park Attractions Operator position is best for those who can self-manage and multitask, with safety as their top priority at all timesJob Summary:
We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic and upbeat applicants to operate all 10 of our historic amusement rides and attractions. We will train you to safely operate and monitor all 10 rides and attractions. We encourage all interested applicants who are at least 16 years of age, including seniors and retirees, to apply Duties for the position:- Greet, interact with, safely load and unload, and monitor park guests while they ride our amusement rides and attractions
- Our best ride operators have the ability to self-manage and create an atmosphere of fun for their riders and themselves, as each ride is operated by one ride operator
- Monitor rides you are operating for safe operation
- Engage with children and families in a friendly and professional manner at all times
- Clean rides and attractions throughout the day
- Adhere to safety guidelines, protocols and Federal and State laws
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children and families, and/or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory
