In this energetic role, you will operate large motor coaches, shuttle buses, and paratransit vehicles to transport passengers efficiently across various routes. Your expertise will ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction while maintaining adherence to all safety regulations and company policies. Duties Safely operate motor coaches along designated routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of vehicles to verify mechanical condition and readiness for operation Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and answering questions about routes or schedules Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and passengers using radio or other communication devices to coordinate trips effectively Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies while driving in various conditions Complete all required documentation such as trip logs, incident reports, and maintenance requests accurately and promptly Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues to ensure optimal vehicle performance Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for passenger transportation (e.g., P endorsement for passenger vehicles) Minimum three (3) years of CDL experience. Motorcoach experience preferred. Mechanical knowledge of motor coach or bus systems to assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance checks Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with passengers and team members Knowledge of transportation regulations related to commercial driving and passenger safety Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise makes a difference!
