Opportunity:

The Lead Operator must be able to work with a variety of people, but also work well alone. They must be able to take direction, stand for long periods of time, and pay attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist supervisor. Effectively communicate issues or problems with supervisor. Train new Operators and provide on-going Operator training as needed. Explain defects, flash, shorts, etc. Properly train on labels, box making, scales, etc. Train on how to record production in computer system. (Ensure all numbers are in the computer for your shift at the end of the day.) What makes you a great fit: Assist supervisor. Effectively communicate issues or problems with supervisor.
