Job Description
PromoCentric is a decorated apparel and promotional products company in Newmarket, NH. We do embroidery, screen printing, DTF, and finishing/fulfillment for businesses and organizations across the nation. We're hiring an entry-level embroidery operator to join our production team — no experience required, we'll train you on our machines and process. What you'll do: Load garments and hoop them correctly for embroidery Run and monitor multi-head embroidery machines during production Check stitch quality and catch thread breaks, misalignment, or defects early Trim, inspect, and fold finished pieces Keep your station organized and follow basic safety procedures Learn to read work orders and follow design/placement specs What we're looking for: Reliable, on time, shows up ready to work Good with your hands — comfortable with detail work and repetitive tasks done carefully Can stand for a shift and handle basic physical work (lifting garments, boxes, bins) Pays attention to quality — you'll catch a mistake before it becomes 50 mistakes Works well as part of a team, takes direction well No embroidery experience needed — we'll teach you the machines, the software, and the process from day one What we offer: Competitive Starting pay Full training — you're not expected to know embroidery on day one Benefits — health insurance / PTO / 401k, etc. Room to grow Steady, full-time hours
