Job Description
Snow cat and Winch cat operator to work swing shift 4pm to 12am or graveyard shift 1am to 9am. Graveyard shift may work longer hours do to overnight weather conditions. Taos Ski Valley grooming team is committed to producing the best snow surfaces for our customers. This job description is intended to be a broad description of duties. Previous heavy equipment experience, previous snow cat/winch cat experience preferred, possible opportunity to train for winch cat operation. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Pre- and post-shift vehicle inspection using the Snowsat system, filling out of log books, grooming reports and reporting issues to vehicle maintenance through the Snowsat programOperate snow cat under the direction of shift supervisorComplete assigned tasks/projects in a timely manner with a high level of quality and superior time management skillsReport grooming/safety problems to supervisorKeep vehicle clean and clutter free Reliable attendance on all scheduled workdaysOther duties as assignedPersonal Skills:

Must be over 18 Must have heavy equipment knowledge and experience.Previous heavy equipment experience, previous snow cat/winch cat experience preferred, possible opportunity to train for winch cat operation. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
