Job Title:

Machine Operator 2nd shift must train on 1st

Pay Rate:

$19.19/hr. - $19.54/hr.

Hours:

7am-3pm, Monday-Friday for training, then 3pm-1am,

Neenah Requirements:

Prior machine operation experience is strongly preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Must be detail oriented Accurately calculate figures and amounts such as box/carton/skid quantities, and stock measurements Self-motivated with minimal supervision Abide by all safety policies and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stand for entire shift Be able to bend, twist, rotate and lift up to 50lbs on a frequent basis

Responsibilities:

Reviewing customer orders and specifications Setting up and running the machine Making necessary adjustments to machine Installing the attachments for the product such as knives and extra unit punches Packaging product Verifying packaging and labeling details are correct before shipment Performing preventative maintenance on the machine
