We pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship, quick turnaround times, and a friendly, team-oriented environment. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dedicated UTV Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, diagnostic abilities, and a passion for off-road vehicles. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of UTV makes and models. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, fuel, and performance-related issues. Perform routine maintenance, including oil and fluid services, brake repairs, belt replacement, tire service, and inspections. Perform engine, transmission, drivetrain, suspension, steering, and other major mechanical repairs. Install aftermarket performance parts, accessories, suspension components, and other UTV upgrades. Properly use diagnostic equipment, specialty tools, and manufacturer service information. Document repairs accurately and communicate findings and repair recommendations to service staff. Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all shop safety procedures and ensure completed work meets company quality standards. Work collaboratively with technicians and service staff to ensure an efficient customer experience. Qualifications 1-3+ years of hands-on mechanical experience (powersports, small engines, automotive, or similar).
Strong understanding of UTV systems:
electrical, fuel, driveline, suspension, and diagnostics. Ability to use diagnostic tools and read service manuals. Valid driver's license (UTV operation a plus). Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Skills Experience with Polaris, Can-Am, or Yamaha UTVs. Fabrication or welding experience.
