Individual should be mechanically inclined. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some out-of-town travel and overnight stays a must! TFM Services, a leading and expanding Midwest facility maintenance company, is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, determined, flexible, and willing to assume additional responsibilities if the need arises. Pay will depend on qualifications and experience. The individual selected will be responsible for: Power washing in a retail/convenience store and office environment. Completing other non-routine cleaning as the need arises.

Skills and requirements necessary include:

Valid drivers license Must be able to pull and back up trailer Prior power washing experience highly desired Mechanically inclined with ability to make minor equipment repairs Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering superior service Capable of working productively under minimal supervision. Ability to problem solve and work well with others. Physically capable of bending, lifting, and operating heavy equipment. Ability to travel throughout Kansas and neighboring states, and sometimes stay overnight
