Experienced Railcar Repair Technicians & Industrial Trades Professionals Welcome We are seeking experienced railcar repair technicians, welders, inspectors, NDT technicians, fabricators, and mechanically inclined tradespeople to support our growing New Orleans operation. We're actively seeking professionals with experience in: Railcar Repair Tank Car Repair Mobile Railcar Repair NDT Inspection Railcar Inspection Mechanical Maintenance Boilermaker / Pressure Vessel Work Industrial Maintenance Heavy Manufacturing & Fabrication Ask our Talent Acquisition team how your experience may qualify. What You'll Do This role performs all aspects of inspection, repair, and maintenance on tank cars while supporting a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence. On any given day, you will: Conduct railcar inspections and repairs using approved repair procedures Perform mechanical, structural, valve, and component repairs on tank cars Complete inspection reports, work orders, and repair documentation Maintain required certifications and qualifications Ensure compliance with AAR rules, regulations, and company standards Support customer requirements through quality workmanship and attention to detail Work safely while contributing to production and operational goals Collaborate with experienced technicians and leaders in a team-oriented environment What Makes This Opportunity Different?
