Position Summary In this role, your primary responsibilities will encompass the maintenance, diagnostics, service, and repair of recreational vehicles, which include snowmobiles, on and off-road motorcycles, ATV's, and UTV's. At Wheels, we operate in a collaborative team environment. As a rapidly growing distributor of new and used recreational vehicles and parts, we are dedicated to keeping our customers on the trails. Responsibilities Service repairs, diagnostics, recalls, and maintenance work assigned and outlined on repair orders. Focus on efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership/manufacturer standards. Notify Service Writer/Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become know so that the customer may be contacted and notified of the delay Communicate with customers effectively, answering questions and providing advice on how to maintain and operate their recreational vehicle. Required Skills Previous experience as a powersports service technician preferred. Proven mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Valid Driver's License High level of motivation, energy and attention to detail.
