Job Summary:
Responsible for post in production safety, TPM, 5s and complete assigned jobs. Works on Saturdays and sometimes on Sundays as approved by management. III. Job Functions and Duties NO. Representative Duties 1 Responsible to the manager, obeying his maintenance engineer's arrangement and deployment; 2 Responsible for assigned job tasks, reporting any problems to the maintenance engineer or supervisors; 3 Responsible for handling post abnormalities Under maintenance, promptly reporting the results; 4 Responsible for cleaning, management and safety of post, tooling, tools and equipment; 5 Understanding Post Environmental Factors, Hazards and Control Methods; 6 Conscientiously implementing integrated management system related documents; 7 Storing post wastes by categories; 8 Familiar with post material safety data sheets and emergency response measures; 9 Other duties as assigned. 10 Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers. Experience 1-2 years of previous manufacturing experience preferred but will train. Education High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Physical Condition The employee is regularly required to stand the duration for long periods of time. Turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 55 pounds repeatedly. Other Requirements a. Near Acuity-Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work shoes and ear plugs. VI.
