40.00 hours per week / Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Rotation Shift / Full-Time
Description Woodvale location. Completes preventative maintenance inspections, maintains fluid levels, and repairs and replaces interior and exterior lighting, doors and mirrors, brakes on all systems (hydraulic, air, and electric), safety equipment, wheelchair lifts, basic electrical components, and basic air conditioning. Completes road calls. High school diploma or GED required. Preference given to those with a technical or automotive school accreditation.
2-4 years of commercial vehicle mechanic experience required.
Must acquire and maintain a valid PA Class B CDL with air brake restriction removed and a passenger endorsement.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification and PA state inspection license preferred. Must acquire ASE Preventative Maintenance upon hire.
Will need to acquire additional certifications in order to advance to higher classification levels.
Pay rate: $29.84 per hour
