Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Gutter Cleaner! (Intro Job) and kick-start your career in the Sales and Roofing industry where our average rep makes 144k. In this role, you will be responsible for speaking and locking down jobs. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in professional sales. Develop essential skills, and contribute to property maintenance. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! All positions are paid, ensuring you're rewarded for your efforts from day one. Duties Safely access gutters using ladders, scaffolding, or scissor lifts to remove debris and blockages Clean out leaves, twigs, dirt, and other obstructions from gutters and downspouts Inspect gutters for damage or leaks and report findings to supervisors Use basic cleaning tools such as scoops, brushes, hoses, and pressure washers to ensure thorough cleaning Knock doors and get and homeowner to let you clean the gutters for free. (Selling free service) Assist with general property maintenance tasks related to exterior cleaning when needed Maintain a clean work area and ensure all equipment is stored properly after use Skills Basic cleaning skills with attention to detail Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided Ability to work safely at heights using ladders or scissor lifts (training available) Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Good physical condition; ability to stand, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks throughout the day Effective communication skills for teamwork and safety procedures Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey in property maintenance with us!
