What will you do? Ensure compliance with racing commission standards, inspect the track surface, infield, and tote board area, performing maintenance of the track and racing surface operating track equipment in a safe and proper manner Assist in beautification projects Inspect boiler and heating tubes to ensure proper heating and moisture conditions Immediately report any unsafe conditions to the Director of Racing Properly maintain the kennel compound's sprint path and associated grounds More about you Current valid motor vehicle license Able to obtain and maintain a Racing Commission License Physical requirements Capacity to lift or carry up to 90 lbs Ability to stand, walk for long periods, as well as push and pull, climb, mount, and dismount forklift Possible exposure to varying temperatures, high volume noise, fumes and odors, and dogs and dog dander Shift details Days Holidays 8hr shift Events Evenings as needed OT as needed
