Job Description:
The Access Control Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing access control systems for our clients' gate automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic security systems and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Install, program, and troubleshoot access control systems for fence gate operators Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on existing access control systems Collaborate with clients to determine their specific access control needs Provide training to clients on how to use the access control systems effectively Keep accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and maintaining access control systems Knowledge of various access control technologies and products Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in access control systems installation Experience working in the fencing industry
