Job Description:
Responsible for scheduling and dispatching jobs or issues, no matter how often they change, receive work order by telephone and computer. Also enter schedules and log work orders. Communicate via 2-way radio and telephone with all maintenance and operations personnel. Also maintain daily log of events.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in writing and oral English
- Ability to use basic computer programs, reading, and telephones
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work alone and be self motivated
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Able to communicate clearly and calmly in high alert situations
- Adjust to instance chances, issues, or alerts, as they happen
- Clear and precise log keeping skills
- Able to follow up and adhere to all company policies, building, and safety laws
- Maintain all records neatly and in order
- Utilize problem solving skills and understand when to contact supervisors for assistance
